I've always found it hard to get inspired to exercise because it was so boring to me. Then I discovered Latin dance exercise classes. It's so much easier to stay inspired when you are dancing in a fun class with pumping Latin beats and an enthusiastic teacher. Since I have started doing my Latin-inspired dance class I have lost 5kgs and have reduced my blood pressure, as well as making some new friends. It's the favourite part of my week now.
